Participants are supported in understanding how trauma can impact beliefs about safety, trust, control, and self-worth, and in gradually developing more balanced, workable perspectives. The group is paced and skills-oriented, with a focus on processing and integration in a measured, supportive way. Participants are thoughtfully grouped based on relevant similarities to help support cohesion, safety, and shared understanding within the group.
